Are you insured?
Yes, I carry full liability insurance (Betriebshaftpflicht) and special drone insurance for commercial operations.
Can you fly anywhere in Berlin?
Mostly yes. I have a EU license for drone operations. I check all air traffic control zones (EDDB) and restrictions before the shoot and handle the necessary permits.
Do you do rush jobs?
Yes. If you need photos today or tomorrow, give me a call. I offer a "24h Express" service for an additional fee.
What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?
I check the forecast 48 hours in advance. If wind or rain makes drone flight unsafe or ruins the lighting, we reschedule the shoot at no additional cost to you. Safety and quality always come first.
Do I own the rights to the photos and videos?
es. Once the final invoice is paid, you receive full commercial usage rights for the delivered media. You can use them for your website, social media, and print advertising without recurring licensing fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You will receive a professional invoice. Payment is usually due within 14 days via bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal. For new clients, a 50% deposit may be required for large projects.
